Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Geopax Inc. ("Geopax", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information when you visit our websites or use our services (collectively, the "Service"). It applies to our marketing sites and product. Where we act as a processor of customer data on behalf of a business customer, the customer's agreement and any data processing addendum govern that processing.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide: contact and account details such as name, work email, company, and role when you request a demo, sign up, or contact us.
Customer data: data your organization connects to or submits to the Service, including read-only data ingested from your enterprise systems (for example, supplier, part and lane records). This is processed on your behalf under your agreement with us.
Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar diagnostic information collected automatically when you use the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, secure and improve the Service; to build and maintain your digital twin; to surface and price relevant signals; to communicate with you; to process transactions; and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your customer data to train machine-learning models offered to other customers.
3. Enterprise Data and ERP Connections
Connections to your enterprise systems are read-only unless you direct otherwise in writing. Customer data is processed solely to deliver the Service to you and is handled in accordance with your agreement and applicable data protection law.
4. Cookies and Analytics
Our marketing sites use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function properly without certain cookies.
5. How We Share Information
We share information with service providers (subprocessors) who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics and support, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety and property.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, information may be transferred subject to this Policy.
6. Subprocessors
We engage a limited set of subprocessors to provide infrastructure and operational services. A current list is available on request, and we maintain agreements requiring them to protect data consistent with this Policy.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Customer data is retained per your agreement; upon termination we make it available for export for a limited period before deletion.
8. Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. Documentation of our current security controls is available on request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for international transfers. Regional data residency options are available for eligible customers.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@geopax.app. Where we process customer data on behalf of a business customer, please direct requests to that customer.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
